Accommodation

Where to stay

There are plenty of hotels who are already taking bookings for Annual Convention 2018.

Visit Blackool Tourist Information for more details:

Please note: It is always best to double check individual hotel/guest houses’ policy on Hen/Stag Parties.

Advisory notice from NFYFC:

Group bookings done under contract:  Those individuals booking the hotels must review the contract before signing.  NFYFC are available to review contracts and advise county federations if required.

Individuals booking hotel accommodation independently – say via Booking.Com or similar:  Individuals should keep a copy of the hotel Terms and Conditions of booking safely filed (digitally or on paper).

Room checks: It is recommended that a room check of the hotel is made when booking-in and again upon departure (NFYFC will circulate papers to assist with this with the Group Leader mailing). Any considerable damaged noticed during these pre stay checks should be photographed and noted down correctly.

County federations should consider using the County Booking Officer to coordinate the hotel accommodation for the group(s). At the discretion of each individual county, the Group Leader and/ or the Booking Officer should be the point of contact for the hotel management prior to and during the Annual Convention weekend.
