Matt Edmondson plays Friday

Friday

Riviera International Centre Arena

DJ: Matt Edmondson (from BBC Radio 1)

Making his YFC debut, Matt Edmondson from BBC Radio 1 will DJ on the opening night of Annual Convention.

Matt joined Radio 1 back in 2010 appearing on Friday night to present on entertainment news. Matt then went on to present a weekly show in 2011 before moving on to presenting at weekends from 2013. As well as radio presenting Matt has also worked in television as a presenter, writer and producer. Matt is going to be a fantastic addition to our Annual Convention line-up and we can't wait to see how he kicks off the weekend!

House DJ: Giles Barr

Our Torquay venue sees the return of former Young Farmer turned DJ, Giles Barr. Giles has been DJing for nearly a decade now and made a name for himself with Young Farmers for his set last year, as well as the Harper Adams Summer Ball. Giles will be playing on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights of this year's Annual Convention.

House DJ: Chris Lauriello

Worcestershire's DJ Chris Lauriello has been a full-time DJ for a decade and is no stranger to Convention or indeed Torquay as he was memorably one of our House DJs in 2015. Chris will be raising the roof on all three nights of Convention!

Live Band: Black Stag

Black Stag are no strangers to YFCs but this is their Convention debut! Playing everything from Calvin Harris to Led Zeppelin, Black Stag are an outstanding live act and we're looking forward to seeing them take the stage on the first night!
